Clear responsibility and paperwork
Where a lease splits responsibility between landlord and tenant, we record exactly which plant we inspected and who it serves. Reports are emailed after each visit. Our work is commercial and communal plant; we do not carry out individual domestic flat boiler work.
Coverage
From our base at CO10 8NN (Clare, near Sudbury) we cover Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, including Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Haverhill, Braintree, Cambridge and Halstead. Some East London sites are attended call-first.

Do you cover communal boiler rooms in residential blocks?
Yes, communal and commercial-scale plant rooms. We do not do individual domestic boilers.
