- Planned replacement phased so residents stay warm
How we work in care settings
We sign in, respect residents' routines and keep noise and disruption down. Before isolating anything we agree with the manager how heat and hot water will be maintained. You receive written findings after each visit. Gas work by Gas Safe registered engineers (985448); oil plant by OFTEC trained oil operatives; commercial LPG where the site needs it.
Coverage
From our base at CO10 8NN (Clare, near Sudbury) we cover Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, including Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Ipswich, Chelmsford, Haverhill, Braintree, Cambridge and Halstead. Some East London sites are attended call-first.
