Who we are

Fast Commercial Boiler Help is a trading name of Anglian PHE Limited (company number 09261753, VAT number 289 9132 48), 4 Market Hill, Clare, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 8NN. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page.

To contact us about your information: call 0800 0996 007 or email [email protected].

What we collect and why

We collect the details you choose to give us when you get in touch, so that we can answer your enquiry and carry out the work you ask for. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the site address or postcode, and details of the job (for example the boiler make, the fault and how we get on site).

You can reach us in these ways:

  • Phone: 0800 0996 007.
  • WhatsApp: 07947 578332. Messages and any photos you send reach us through WhatsApp.
  • Email: info@, estimates@ or [email protected].
  • Contact form (on the home page): it asks for your name, company or site, phone, email, site postcode, what you need and the job details. When you press send, it opens a ready-written email in your own email app and a WhatsApp message with the same details. Nothing is sent until you send that email or message yourself; the form does not send or store anything on our website.
  • The FCBH app (/app): you can write a repair request, add photos and enter your name, postcode and boiler details. It sends nothing by itself. Your request goes to us only when you choose to send it by WhatsApp or email. The app keeps your name, postcode and boiler details on your own device, so you don't have to type them again.
  • The ‘Ask us’ chat on some pages gives automatic answers inside your browser. What you type in it is not sent to us or stored. To reach a person, call or use WhatsApp.

We use these details to reply to you, arrange and carry out the work, send quotes and invoices, and keep records of the work we have done.

Cookies and similar storage

Everything except the strictly necessary storage below is off by default. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which tells Google's tags that analytics and advertising storage are refused until you choose otherwise.

Strictly necessary (always on)

  • Your cookie choice, saved in your browser (local storage, under the name fcbh-consent), so we don't ask you again on every page.
  • The app's offline cache (service worker), which stores copies of some pages and files in your browser, so the site and app load quickly and still open with a weak signal.
  • Small settings in your browser: for example, that you have closed the ‘Get the app’ banner, your scroll position, and the details you saved in the app. These stay on your device.

Analytics (only if you accept)

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) counts visits and shows which pages people use and how they reached the site.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) shows how people use pages, such as scrolling and clicks, so we can see where a page is confusing.

These tools load only if you choose ‘Accept all’, or turn on Analytics under ‘Manage choices’. If you reject them, they don't load.

Advertising (only if you accept)

Advertising cookies let Google measure whether our Google ads led to a visit or a call. They are off unless you choose ‘Accept all’ or turn on Advertising under ‘Manage choices’.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time. Use the ‘Cookie settings’ link at the bottom of every page, or the button below. If you turn analytics off, we remove the analytics cookies we can reach. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the website and our business, and with Google and Microsoft for the analytics above if you accept them. For example, the website is hosted by Cloudflare, WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp, and the app pages load fonts from Google Fonts. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records only as long as we need them for the work, and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), you can ask us:

  • for a copy of the personal information we hold about you (access);
  • to correct it if it is wrong (correction);
  • to delete it (deletion);
  • to stop using it, or object to how we use it (objection).

To ask, call 0800 0996 007 or email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
