Factory boiler repair Stanton — getting heat and process hot water back

Stanton is a large West Suffolk village on the A143 between Bury St Edmunds and Diss, with Ixworth, Bardwell, Hepworth, Barningham and Walsham-le-Willows close by, and it is known locally for its post mill. Factory heating is usually bigger and works harder than an office system. Before you call, note the boiler and burner make and model from the data plates, the fuel, any lockout light or fault code on the boiler or the building management panel, the pressure on the pressurisation unit or gauge, whether one boiler or all of them have stopped, and whether you have lost space heating, process hot water or both. When every boiler stops at once the cause is often shared: the gas supply, the pressurisation unit, a gas safety shut-off or the control panel. Don't keep resetting a boiler that locks out again, and never bypass a gas solenoid valve or interlock to get it running. Over a weekend or shutdown, keep frost protection on so pipework in cold units doesn't freeze. If you smell gas, turn off the supply at the emergency control valve if it is safe to do so, clear the area, avoid switches and naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 for mains gas, or your LPG supplier's emergency number for tank gas. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers (FCBH Gas Safe registration 985448).
