Steel-portal units: one building, two or three heating systems
The units at Eagle Business Park range from small starter units to large design-and-build sheds, with trade counters, kitchen suppliers, scaffolding firms and light manufacturers among the occupiers. Enterprise Park and its last phase, Witham Court, add dozens of smaller units of roughly 600 to 4,000 sq ft. In most of them the office block has its own wall-hung gas boiler and radiators, while the shop floor has a gas warm-air heater, a radiant tube or nothing at all.
