Two estates either side of a market town
Rash's Green Industrial Estate, just off the A47 with access to the A1075, mixes small terraced light-industrial units on roads such as Bertie Ward Way with larger warehouses with two-storey offices, loading docks and staff kitchens, such as those at Trafalgar Business Park. Yaxham Road Industrial Estate on the southern side of town is a busy trading estate whose occupiers include builders' merchants, and some of its detached warehouses have their own offices, canteens and small plant rooms.
